Chef Insingha

With over two decades of hands-on experience in the art of dim sum, Chef Insingha is bringing a first-class dim sum experience to Houston’s vibrant food scene.

From humble beginnings, Chef Insingha’s dedication and perseverance have earned him a reputation as a highly skilled dim sum chef.

He began his career at a young age, earning just $200 per month. Throughout his career, he honed his skills under esteemed dim sum masters’ apprenticeship. He was trusted to lead teams of dim sum chefs in several opening teams for fine-dining Chinese restaurants in Bangkok, including Yutingyuan at Four Seasons Bangkok—the first Chinese restaurant in Thailand to receive a Michelin star—and Nan Bei at the Rosewood Hotel.
